Special Circumstances is a one man consultancy run by Emerson Tan. In a long portfolio career, I’ve picked up a lot of experiences and skills across a wide variety of domains, from cyber defence and security, to humanitarian aid operations, to building a nation state scale digital financial ecosystem in eight weeks. That makes for an interesting perspective that businesses across many domains find useful in making their plans.
